How to use the days you have left

Under 100 days, the goal changes from finishing the syllabus to scoring with what you know. A simple split that works for most students:

  • Until mid-December: close the gaps. One weak chapter per subject per week, plus daily problem practice from PYQs.
  • Last 4–5 weeks: two full mock tests a week under exam conditions (9 AM or 3 PM, 3 hours, no breaks). Spend the next day analysing mistakes, not taking another test.
  • Last 7 days: formula revision and one light mock. Sleep at your exam-shift time.

Our mock test timer shows if you're falling behind pace per question, which is where most marks are lost in JEE Main.

JEE Main 2027 exam pattern
